EverGlow Booths is operated by SOFTPEOPLE LLC ("we," "us"). This policy explains what information we collect and how we use it.
Information we collect
When you request a quote or book an event, we collect your name, email address, phone number, event date, and event location. We also collect photos and videos taken in our photo booths at events.
How we use it
We use your information only to respond to your inquiry, provide quotes, deliver and support your booking, and send follow-up messages about your request. Event photos are shared with the event host and guests as part of the service.
Text messaging
If you provide your phone number on a quote-request form, we may send you text messages about your quote or booking. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to opt out, or HELP for help. We do not sell, rent, or share your phone number or text-messaging opt-in information with third parties for their marketing purposes.
Sharing
We share information only with service providers we use to operate (such as our CRM and messaging providers), and only as needed to serve you. We do not sell your personal information.
